How much lead time do you need for an order?
Typically, I like a minimum of 3 days for one cheesecake. It takes time to cool and I like to keep it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before pick-up. Ideally, the earlier the better.
Do you do other flavors?
Yes, I can make other flavors. If you have a favorite, let me know.
Can I freeze the cheesecake?
Yes, they freeze well. Double wrap with plastic wrap and cover tightly with aluminum foil. They can last up to 2 months in the freezer.
How many people does a cheesecake serve?
A 9-inch cheesecake can be cut into 12, 14, or 16 pieces. A 14-piece cut gives an average-size dessert serving.
Do all the flavors come in ‘mini-cheesecakes’?
No. Due to the small size, some flavors do not translate well when minimized.
